Don't Forget Daddy

This is Kevin's Daddy bracelet. Some Mommy's are lucky enough to have Daddy's who will wear a bracelet, some Mommy's aren't. This bracelet is masculine enough to not look like Daddy is actually wearing jewelry but instead a reminder of the love that brought his child or children to be.

Mother/Daughter Bracelet Sets

Mother/Daughter bracelet sets are quite popular. (Some)Daughters love to dress and look like Mommy, so this is the perfect piece of jewelry. Also, if you give your daughter her own jewelry, this will keep her away from your jewelry. HA!

This first piece I made for my twin nieces and my sister-in-law. Of course, I overestimated and made Jenn's bracelet way too big (easy fix), but the twins love theirs. The report is that they love theirs so much that they want to wear Jenn's also. So much for that give the daughter a bracelet she'll stay away from yours.....

This next set is the set that I made for Emily and I. I didn't put any letter beads on this set because I didn't want to distract from the dangle and the charm and I wanted something special for her first bracelet. My bracelet is one she can wear on her wedding day and know that Mommy made something special just for her.

This is the very special picture taken by Betsy Milder for Emily's first pictures.

Add A Strand

As families are always changing and growing, know that adding a strand to your bracelet is no problem at all. If you choose to have the names on one strand, restringing your bracelet is also no problem.

Let me know your needs and they will be fulfilled.

How To Determine Bracelet Length

To determine what size to order, measure your wrist where you would wear a watch using a cloth or flexible measuring tape (if you don’t have a measuring tape, use a ribbon or piece of string).

For an adult bracelet, add approximately 1” to your measurement. For an infant or child bracelet, add approximately a half of an inch. If you have a bracelet that fits well, simply measure that bracelet.

For a bracelet with a toggle clasp, measure from the end of the bar to the center of the ring.

For a bracelet with a lobster-clasp, measure from end to end.

I realize that many of my bracelets are given as gifts. If you can’t measure, don't worry about it...wrist size is fairly standard. Seven and a half inches is the average bracelet size and fits most women.

Below is a guide for determining size when measuring isn't possible.
0-24 Months : 5-Inches
2-5 Years : 5.5-Inches
5-8 Years : 6-Inches
8-11 Years : 6.5-Inches
Adult Small : 7-Inches
Adult Medium/Average : 7.5-Inches
Adult Large : 8-Inches
Adult X-Large : 8.5-Inches

I would be happy to add an extender chain on to make your bracelet longer if needed.

Lost and Found

Here is an example of a three stranded bracelet that could also be made for you. It was found in our lost and found and will be returned to it's owner as soon as the owner is contacted. But I thought I should take the time to get a picture to show a different kind of bracelet and beads. Be sure to let me know if you want a charm or a dangle added to your bracelet. I would be happy to do it.
